I love Cyrus - and I love his bio. His owner lost her home - but was hoping to get another home and take him back home. That was over a month ago. There is absolutely nothing "wrong" with this guy. She's a middle-aged guy who gets along with all creatures, including us humans. I don't understand why people aren't beating down the door to bring this guy into their family!
Hello all! My name is Cyrus and I'm a 7-year-YOUNG Golden/Aussie mix. I was brought to MaxFund after my owner lost her home and I'm waiting patiently for my Forever Family.
I am a very colorful guy - with my soft, golden coat and amazingly cute, furry paws (they actually look a little like elf-paws - isn't that appropriate for this time of year?!?) I have one brown eye and one really special left eye - it's actually half blue and half black! The color continues with my pink nose and tongue. Actually, when I'm sniffing around, my little tongue sticks partially out of my mouth - the humans seem to *love* this as they all smile and comment on it! And, don't worry, I'm not just all about physical beauty - I have a stellar personality as well. I love all people and love other friendly dogs. I'm housetrained, am very good on a leash and know basic obedience commands. And, while I'm 7-years-YOUNG, I love to roll around in the green grass like a puppy and I really love pets and loving from 2-legged folks! While the volunteers aren't sure how I'd live with a cat, I sure don't seem to mind passing cats, other dogs or even squirrels (!!) when I'm out on a walk.
