Natalie

Natalie. I sure loved this gal.  She is the calm, cool and collected dog that all dogs strive to be!

Hello there, potential co-pilots! My name is Natalie and people describe me as “sweet” and “easygoing”. I’m an 18-month old black lab who was a stray here in Denver. I was so lucky to be found by a very, very nice family - they kept me for a week while trying to find my home, but I was never claimed. Since the family already had 2 large dogs (who I LOVED to play with!), they brought me to MaxFund to give me the best chance at my own forever family!

In addition to laid-back nature, let me tell you some other fabulous things about me. I love other dogs, I’m housetrained, I’m great on a leash and I know how to use a dog door. With all that said, one of my favorite things is to ride in the front seat of your car – ya know, as your co-pilot! And, I’m a rather good-looking co-pilot at that, with my shiny black fur, long floppy ears and sweet puppy-dog eyes. Speaking of puppies, I recently had a litter but I’m now spayed and ready to be adopted!

Last weekend, I was on a walk with a volunteer at MaxFund when we came across some sort of emergency situation. There were firetrucks, police and even an ambulance. There was also another dog who was going crazy! I took it all in stride and was relieved to hear that everyone was safe. I wasn’t quite sure why the other dog was so excitable about the situation, but I guess this is why all those 2-legged people describe me as “easygoing”!

Won’t you please come visit me? Just ask for “Natalie…your future co-pilot!”
